Terms and Conditions

Whilst we endeavour to meet booking requests, we cannot guarantee specific apartment number/floor level and may be changed at managers discretion.  As we do not display every apartment we provide a fair and reasonable representation/description of all room types.

  1. Reservations must be made by an adult.
  2. At least one adult must be registered as short term/holiday guest residing in premises.
  3. Until a booking is confirmed by deposit rates may change without notice.  
  4. Credit Card Fee. 1.8% surcharge applies. We accept Visa Mastercard & American Express. 
  5. Deposits & Cancellation Policy
  6. Low season: All periods outside Peak season
  7. 40% deposit to confirm the booking. Stays 3 days or less 100% deposit to confirm. Accommodation balance due on the recorded reservation check in commencement date.
  8. Peak Season: includes Australian School Holiday Periods, Easter & Public Holiday Periods & Christmas  Holidays through to the end of January. Deposits are non-refundable if booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival. 
  9. Upon check in photo identification and valid credit card will be sighted & recorded for the duration of your reservation period.
  10. Damages, breakages will be charged to card held on file.
  11. Until a booking is confirmed by a deposit the accommodation rates can & are subject to change without notice  
  12. This is not a commercial/party venue. Only those registered are permitted to reside in premises.
  13. Schoolies are NOT PERMITTED and no refund/s will be provided. Please do not book.
  14. Day visitors must leave in a quiet manner by 10pm.
  15. Anti- social or aggressive behaviours will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate eviction/termination of stay and no refunds will apply.
  16. No refunds for early departure
